The world-reknowned chef sets the table at his signature steakhouse, Charlie Palmer Steak, with new decadent dishes and many traditional favorites. Charlie Palmer also introduces his first seafood restaurant Fin Fish. Fin Fish is a fresh take on seafood, complete with a freshly made chowder station and an exquiste oyster bar. The freshest seafood is flown in daily and prepared in Palmer's signature innovative style, marking the standard for seafood in Reno.
